How does the Contractors MVP Program work?

To use the Rewards shopping site, log in with your username and password. Your username is the email address you used to sign up for the program. If you aren't sure of your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link and you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. If you need additional help, please call Reward Headquarters at 231-421-7224. Once you have logged in, clicking the Shop Now! button will take you to the catalog where you can start shopping!

How do I browse reward items?

After clicking Shop Now!, you're on your way! To begin your product search, choose either of the main categories: Merchandise or Travel. From there, select the categories and items that interest you. In many cases you can narrow your search by entering a points range, brand name, or model number. If you have any questions about the catalog functionality, or need help finding something, a customer service representative will be happy to assist you, and may be contacted at 231-421-7224.

NEW! Merchandise Search Tips

Did you know that the best way to find what you want is to skip the main search bar on the Merchandise page? Use Browse Categories (in the blue bar) instead to get where you’re going faster. Here’s how:

  1. Hover your mouse over a category like Sporting Goods and follow the arrows to its sub-categories.
  2. Click the one you want. TIP: The deeper into the category you go, the more refined your search will be.
  3. Now use the search bar, trying different key words by brand, type or description.
  4. To search for only the items you have enough points for, go to Shop By Category on the left side of the screen.
  5. Scroll down to Price and enter a minimum number of points (1,000 is fine) and a maximum (your total points), and click “Go”. TIP:  If you’re saving up for something, put in a higher amount than what you have to see what you could buy in a month or two.
  6. Above the item photos on the right, you can also Sort By “Price (Low – High)” and more, using the drop-down arrow.
  7. Above the item photos on the left, you can View Results in a List to see more per page, or leave it as a Grid.

For best results, use a desktop computer. If using a laptop or smart phone, clear your browsing history occasionally, as the catalog is loaded with images and content.

Can I purchase gift cards or gas cards with my points?

Unfortunately, gift cards and gas cards are not included in the Reward program at this time. 

If I do not have enough points to purchase an item, can I pay the difference out of my own pocket?

We regret there is no way to add on to your reward points balance with cash or credit.  

How do I change my password or update my account information?

After logging in, simply click the Account button in the upper right corner, then click the Edit Profile link.

What do I do if my email address changes?

Please let us know if you have a new email address by calling 231-421-7224 or emailing rewardhq@motivationexcellence.com. Since your username email is used to send order confirmation and important updates to you, we strive to keep that information current.

Can items be returned?

We recommend you read the Terms & Conditions specific to the items you order. In general, some items may be returnable within a short timeframe, while trips, tickets, and events are generally non-transferrable and non-refundable.
